Go to a Concert

This one works well if you have the same taste in music.  Don't take her to a show where there will be mosh pits and topless women. Don't show up and get hammered. See something tasteful and pleasing to both of your musical preferences.  Often small local bars will have feature artists and bands for Valentines Day, sometimes with dinner and drink specials tied in.
